According to Islam, humans are composed of two distinct entities—these are the body and the soul. Our essence is based on Rooh or spirit. That’s why our essence is spiritual and it belongs to the world of unseen. Who we are is not physical and is not out of this physical world. For navigating in this physical world, we have been given this physical body – the self. It is our thoughtful mind, our desires and ambitions, and out action. Self is potentially sensitive to good and evil. It reflects the natural weakness of all human beings that justifies the test of life. Most of us get trapped in the self and exclude the soul. When we die, we go back to our original form – Rooh. In this physical world…..
